To verify that information you must go to the warehouse and show your revised BL form. Once we find your DRES number, we can tell you whether or not your shipment is still at the terminal.
If your shipment it is transported by ground, you must contact the agent in charge to dispatching and receiving the shipment at the terminal in the city of destination, or forwarding terminal. The agent can inform you about the shipment status and approximate arrival to destination.
If your shipment is transported by sea, you must show the shipment’s BL form which contains the name of the ship.
You must bring the custom’s destination form, TATC which should be electronically emitted by the shipping company. This requirement applies to direct and indirect withdrawal containers.

- Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 11.45 hrs to withdraw units in the second turn the same day of registration.
- Monday to Friday: 11.46 to 17:45 hrs to withdraw units in the first turn the following day.
- Saturday: 08:00 to 11:45 hrs to withdraw units on Monday units in the first turn.
