Iquique Terminal Internacional starting this week is using two accounts on the growing social network Twitter, which is characterized by its immediacy in conveying messages.
The first account is @ iti_naves, which is aimed at the terminal’s shipping customers. Its main purpose is to inform these customers about the care of ships in the port area’s docking sites.
The second account is @ iti_yard. It is aimed at customers who request information about dispatching or receiving containers (dates, times, ships). The costumers will find timely scheduling information for these operations.
In addition, ITI already has an account on Facebook. The ITI Facebook page is to promote the company's commercial work. Thus, Iquique International Terminal has uploaded to social networks to take advantage of their synergy.
