ITI S.A. strenght relations with Bolivian Exporters Chamber

Jorge Oyarce, representative of Iquique Terminal Internacional, recognize the Santa Cruz Bolivia Exporters Chamber (CADEX), in its 25 anniversary for fostering the Santa Cruz foreign trade.

Cadex, since its foundation energized its exports, exporting in 1987 around US$52 million to US$ 1,700 million in 2010. “During this 25 years, the exporter sector of Santa Cruz generated incomes to the country for more than US$ 14 billion” stated Ramiro Monje, Company President.

According to Cadex president, exportations have generated more production capacity in the country, which is translated in better and more sources of employment for Bolivian people. He said: "Nowadays, the exporter sector generates 370.500 sources of employments direct or indirect".

In this sense, he highlighted the Bolivian representation in fairs and entrepreneurship missions of Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Peru, USA, Spain, Germany, France, Japan, among other destinies; informing the local offers of wood and leather manufacturing, food, handcrafts, textile and ecological products.

From the beginning, Iquique Terminal Internacional is in close contact to the association expecting to expand the advantages that the local port provides, in order to provide high excellence services to the foreign trade of this country.
